You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phmoney is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmoney login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phmoney will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phmoney support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phmoney is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC procedures, including submitting valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay restricted until verification is complete.
phmoney accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other local payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to player accounts.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phmoney account within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. phmoney is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All player funds deposited into phmoney accounts are held separately from phmoney's operational funds. Deposited funds are used solely for the purpose of gameplay on the phmoney platform and are not invested or used for any other commercial purpose.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to your phmoney account. phmoney does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within sixty (60) seconds to five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
phmoney reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance measure. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Funds credited as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

All games offered on the phmoney platform — including slots, fishing games, bingo, live dealer games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phmoney, its employees, or any third party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phmoney reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phmoney is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion based on the RNG outcome already determined at the time of disconnection. The result will be recorded and reflected in the player's account upon reconnection. phmoney is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phmoney reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting bet limit structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay may have their accounts reviewed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmoney platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
phmoney reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.
Players may request closure of their phmoney account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phmoney reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phmoney cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phmoney platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phmoney's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phmoney will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
phmoney reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmoney will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the phmoney platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
